Outback Management I would like to let you know about my experiences in your restaurant have never been a enjoyable time. 2 years ago I had family visiting and we choose to go to your restaurant the service was so bad never got refills got checked on one time when are check was delivered. Told myself I would never go back. Last year thought I would give it another try. Again the service and this time the food out of 8 people 3 of are meals were wrong the waiter got upset and we were avoided until are check came. Again I never wanted to go back. But I did last night 1~31~15 around 6:30 ~ 7 we waited 45 mins and request a table the wait was fine it was busy but when they called are name after 45min told me that it was another 20 or so min for a table if we would like a booth. We agreed to the booth. But we are not small or short people and yet there was only 3 a booth is hard to get in and be comfortable. So next to us was 2 round table that was for maybe a 5 or 6 people. One had a family of 4 the other one was empty. My point is that table stayed that way the hole time there and the second one was empty 5 minutes after we got seated. The host walk by us and just looked at how crowded we were didn't offer to move us. This was supposed to be a nice relaxing dinner but NO!!! AGAIN !!!!! At least are server was good yt? his time.
