The menu features chef owner Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature dishes such as the Toro Tartar with Caviar, Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno, and Black Cod Miso. Nobu Los Angeles also offers local specials like Wagyu Tacos, Seabass Jalapeno Miso and Kanpachi Sashimi with Baby Artichoke and Yuzu Dressing.

We had the best time and our waiter was Eli in the bar area.. I trusted him on everything we ordered asking for his suggestions and he was on point every single time..and I'm very picky .. So nice and knows good food!! We will definitely be back

I have been to lots of great restaurants but Nobu by far exceeded any previous dining experience with the exception of perhaps Phillipe Chow and Mr. Chow. The food was decadent, the portions generous, the service impeccable. Our server was attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. We ended up loving every suggestion that he offered. I highly recommend the Pineapple Martini- delicious!! I've read reviews where people said that it's hard to get a reservation, but when I called the reservationist was friendly and accommodating. The prices weren't horrible, my boyfriend and I were full and our bill was only $200. Also- Everything that you've read about the Black Cod Miso is true. It's the best thing that you will ever taste!! Please don't leave Nobu without trying it- you'll later regret it!
