Really too bad how terrible the food is, because Luna Park on La Brea is about three blocks from our apartment. We tried it a couple years ago and thought the food was awful; bar food for people who don't care what they're eating. We tried again recently, and seriously, can you say salt? My vegetarian dish was so salty I couldn't even eat it. My husband's shrimp risotto was a bit better, but it tasted like something out of a package from Trader Joes. No insult to TJ's. The service was friendly and the decor is cute, but honestly; not cheap, salted to hell food for people who are more interested in their overpriced cocktails than the food they're putting in their mouths. You know what we decided? That the crowd was "bridge & tunnel". It's a Manhattan reference, but it basically means people who want to be where it's happening, but have no clue. Don't waste your money learning the hard way like we did.
