Dr. Stuart James Fischbein, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Fischbein for over 25 years!! yes, that long, he has delievered by daughter, and was also her OB, and friends. What happened was sad, however, I would swear that the story was twisted. He has never been anything but compassion and caring. There is always two side to a story however, when a GROWN woman let's her boyfriend make her file charges, it doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure it out. It is against the rules, but it has nothing to do with the kind of doctor he is. I was in good hands.Her have 5 children, and my other daughter's doctor will also Dr. Stuart Fischbein!!

STAY AWAY! Unethical Dr. STILL on probation UNTIL 2014 by Medical Licensing Board. The lift of probation was DENIED just a few weeks ago that would have been enabled at the end of April 2011.The two documents, the original complaint of sept 2007.... And the probation hearing April 1, 2011. Type in the name fischbein, stuart. He has some interesting complaints in the record.publicdocs.mbc.ca.gov/pdl/mbc.The bummer seems to be his involvement in a true life screenplay and story called "Bedside Man." The board members were disturbed about his seeming lack of contrition. A trailer for the proposed film was on the Internet and was pulled. However, a film pitch still exists at this link.
